    Ek2 marked 925

Just received this ek2 in the mail today. My first with the silver mark 925. Can anyone help out with a maker? I have been looking around the database and can't find a match. Help would be appreciated!!!

On first looks it looks like a pumkin crown, attributed to Zimmermann,

on second thoughts.. no it doesn't match...

    Best regards,

looks repainted ,,,and all details of the core are lost ..

the square hump should be the focus for identification ..
do you have a picture of the hump ?

Kay, sorry for my ignorance, but what do you mean by "square hump"? also the core definitely looks like it could be repainted.
        Thanks

I don't think it's a Zimmerman. The date does not seem to match the examples
          in our Zimmerman thread.

Robbie ,,its no problem at all ,,don''t worry I am a very nice and friendly collector.

on top of the frame where the small ring is attached to the frame
there is a raise of the frame .

that is the hump,,it can be shaped square or rounded

            2

repaint sometimes taking away the sharpness and details of core decorations as the crown and such,,,,, as it can be put on to thick .

            regards kay

I know this type of cross but I don't know the maker. I've never owned one but I know they're pretty rare.

I'm not sure yours is repainted, but it's hard to say. Here's another, with detail of the mark.

There's been one for sale at the SOS for the past few years running but I never bought it (for some reason I don't understand myself).

Robbie, you are an Association Member. It would help if you uploaded your photos directly to the WAF, because they tend to disappear from your threads over time.
                Best regards,

Kay, here is a poor photo of the ring and partial hump that I had saved on my phone. The hump is round. Very similar to the one Trevor posted. When I get home I can take a better photo of needed.

Trevor, thanks for posting the pic of the like cross! Also I know posting pics directly to WAF. I do everything from my iPhone and since I got the iPhone 6 I have had trouble posting images. I'll figure it out!
Thanks again for all the help and comments!!!!
