    Anyone recognize this book?

I just saw these pages on a Russian site.

Does anyone know what book they're taken from?

    Thanks for any help.

It looks like something by Konstantin Nikholaev. You should PM Destruction (Sergey) as they are good friends and he could verify this.

I agree. Konstantin uses the same AWS catalog page in his book on wound badges.

It would be nice to see the whole catalog.

First picture saying 1908 AWS catalog offers for sale 1870 iron crosses and shows retouched picture of ek-2

Second picture, all savvied ek-2 examples had identical obverse and reverse design.

                Let me be clearer.

I have had the AWS 1908 catalogue images for years. I was looking for information on the Russian book the catalogue images are used in (which I have now received thanks to the help in this thread).

Apparently it is K. Nikolayev's book about 1870 EKs.

I have not seen his book on 1870s in person but if it is anything like
his book on wound badges, it will be a first rate book. The only downside
is that it is entirely in Russian.
