Hello,
Here's a 1914 EK1 by AWS that I need expert advice on. I only have the 3-photos to share from the seller.
Is this core one of the 3-types made by AWS? It appears to me to be AWS, just not a crisp well detailed crown like I wish it had.
Notice on the reverse side on the top arm, viewer's left side near corner what appears to be ?solder? residue on the backside. Does anyone see red flags?
On the front side lower arm, on the lower left corner beading area does anyone think the black residue might be paint (from refinished core)?
Sorry for my nervousness on this piece!
Thanks in advance for any advice, I appreciate it!
Best Regards,
Alan
