It would be a Prussian Long Service decoration. Hard to say which type exactly -- at least for me.

The reason it is removed could be that it has a swastika on it. That would suggest

It could be either cross but in this case I agree with Morel5000. 25 year cross gets my vote.

I added a 25 yr medal to the bar but I don't think this is what went on it ,, the ring for the medal was not the same , but here it is anyway.
