ribbon Identification

This 10-place ribbon bar has a mixture of TR, Imperial, and foreign awards. I can identify all but the 4th ribbon from the left.

Any help would be appreciated in identifying this medal.

It looks like the standard Austrian commemorative medal from WW1. Odd placement as I would expect is at the end of the bar with the others. Either the order has been messed with or this guy was a proud Austrian and wanted it that way.

I think the order is correct. The two awards on the end are Hungarian "Foreign", not Austrian.
