You are correct. Looks Like a O-S cross to me.

Has this cross been repainted? The arm on the left in the picture above looks like it was re-painted over a spot where the original paint had flaked off

Hi harrold,I think the paint chips have "touched up" but not a full re-paint.

they are al over the marked ,,you can find them in all shapes and set-ups.
