Imperial (?) Postcard - Who are these People?

I thought I would try this over here - any idea who these people are?
This is on a postcard - the only thing on the back is the photography shop stamp, which reads Favresse Paul and Reproduction Interdit.

not imperial, foreign.
The guy with the chain around the neck appears as Swede; Collar of the Seraphim Order - maybe a Swedish king?

Hello,

It's the Belgian king Albert I (+1934) and his son and wife (King Leopold III). It must be from the late 20's early 30's.

I was also told by Rick (Mr. Research Encyclopedia ) that this is indeed Prince Leopold (later King) and his bride, Princess Astrid of Sweden. So the old guy in the Pickelhaub is her father, Prince Oscar Carl of Sweden, and King Albert probably is wearing his Swedish order as a nod to the bride's family.

I got this stuck in with a lot of 3rd Reich postcards, so not my area, but I appreciate the help.
