    Medal bar and two EK1...

    Hello.
I bought recently this beautiful medal bar.
    All badges (IMO) are original.
But ... This is the opinion of a great collector from our forum:

"(...)however the combination of the awards is pretty weird; reservist württemberg Officer with the minuscule Waldeck principality... I would have loved to see the documents(...)"

I don't have any documents, although I'd love to have them...

"(..)There might be a connection between this württemberg infantry regiment and Waldeck:

    http://wiki-de.genealogy.net/IR_126

One of his commanders (Oberst) was an aristocrat Prinzessin von Waldeck (1735-1736)... Coincidence? I don't know...(...)"

    I also don't know.
So, I would know your opinions.

I reflect on this pin. What does can serve? Some extra badge?

Two new EK in the collection, the first very popular - everyone has in the collection But it looks cute...
Second, no known manufacturer. IMO the same as shown in this thread:

It's a spring for securing the main pin that is locked in the catch.
                Very nice bar, congratulations!

nice selection of awards but my favorite is the 2nd Ek1. IMO a great core design
and as you say, yours has lots of character.

                        Nice stuff you show here.

Actually that one-piece Schickle EK1 has a pretty uncommon nut. Most of them don't have the looped wings but rather have a molded/cast nut with integral thumbscrews.

I don't know the maker of the second EK1 either but it's got a nice look to it.
                        Best regards,

Looking for ROUND BUTTON 1939 EK1 Spange cases (LDO or PKZ)

The FOIX is a late war one. IMO a Landwehr-Captain.

A lovely bar, but I thought the Friedrich Bathildis was a purely civilian war service award? I would still want this one though.
