    Hello

    I have tried to read this Bescheinigung, but have problems with understanding the meaning. Its written to Marine-Maschinist Sellmer. He was later on watch on the conningtower of U 20 when they observed Lusitania and sunk her.

    Kapitänleutnant u. Komdt.

    He is entitled to take up residence in Wilhelmshaven.

      Thank you very much. It was the word "Wohnung" I couldn't make out, now it make sense.
