What Medal for this imperial ribbon

Found this in a box of assortments, it appears to be tailor made, it has approx 20 rows per cm, and is approx 32mm wide. All comments and view's will be greatly appreciated.

Close to the Iron Cross ribbon but no black edge. Definitely made to wear a neck order on. The sewing is not typical for the way German neck orders were typically done. I would guess Masonic.

I see the pics but I get a pop-up in the lower left corner saying I have a message but when I click the x to close it it displays another webpage anyone else get the same thing?
