EKII for identification

This is my first post in this Forum.
Hope you can help me to identify the EKII below. Its part of my colection and have a strange maker mark on the ring.
I will apreciate any opinions!

No opinions? Maybe an unknow maker...
The mark is on the right of the ring and looks like a "b" "L" or "9"...

Can you make a few pictures of the front (obverse) and the back (reverse)?
Now it is difficult to see!

The mark b is welknown...... but the maker is unknown.
