    Sorry, don't know a thing of Imperial items. What were these presented for, pretty common I imagine? Thanks all!

    Joe! where ya been? It snowing up there yet?

    I can only see the first scan, which is the back of the Hungarian WWI Commemorative Medal, created in 1928. Early issue ones have tiny letters "bronze" on the rim at about 1 o'clock, because they are so thickly, heavily silver plated they had to be marked to avoid export duty! Many Germans applied for these-- you'll see the ribbon all the time: green (often fades a funny bluish shade) and white horizontal "ladder" across the center, narrow red (inside) and white (outside) edges.

      Hi Rick! Thanks for the information! Well, no snow today, but every month at least for one day we've had the white stuff! Never seen any summer like it! Trying to get a wedding planned so have been neglecting my collecting duties recently. Take care, and thanks once again!
