It is a generic ek1 with the slant w core. I had one too. It could be made by FR see this thread:

how i look at these crosses is a bit different ,
the etui ,,I would be careful with ,,
Ebay glue's a lot of paper crosses on the etui's ...aging them artificiality afterwards .

printed would be better all tho that is being copied also these day's .

the cross is nice but i would look for repaint traces ,,
looks like there are a lot of bigger dust dots in-bedded in the paint ,,
usually that is not what we see with these crosses .

Case and cross are fine originals, but the cross was once cleaned.

I agree that has been cleaned at some point long before it came my way. In hand you can see some patina and that smoky grey surface. The pictures don't do it justice. Crappy phone camera . .Sometimes we just have to take them as they come.
