Prussian Iron Cross 1813 2nd class for evaluation.

I wish if know if this EK 1913 is good or not and maybe what would be a reasonable price to pay for it. The description it is stated “ a beautiful piece from the series award in 1814-15 graduated Cast iron core, with narrow silver frame. “
    Thank you in advance.
    Alf.

PS What is the difference regarding value collection wise an 1813 2nd class with the description:
"Prussian Iron Cross 1813 2nd class version of the 2nd award for 1835. Fine 3-piece manufacturing, the big band ring"
does the issue date one 1814-15 and the other is 1835 make a lot of difference please?
    This is the 2nd cross

        Thank you all.
I agree Don, but does it effect the collection value if I buy the one made in 1835. that is, does the 1835 cross have a place in any collection or it would be a substituted for the original 1813, is it acceptable as a original 1813 cross. thank you all again
Alf. ........ Hope I am explaining my self clear.
