From the left to the right (worn so on a civilian tuxido):

- Anhalt, militärisches Ehrenzeichen, Friedrich-Kreuz 1914-1918 am Band für Nichtkämpfer
- Preussen, Verdienstkreuz für Kriegshilfe (1917-1924)
- Anhalt, Ritterzeichen (Ritterkreuz) 2. Klasse, Silber
- Preussen, Rotes Kreuz-Medaille, 3. Klasse

Das fehlt mir noch... I have the one about Oldenburg, Saxony and Saxony-Altenberg, but not that one... very likely their numbers are much more researched or detailed than Nimmergut's Handbuch, aren't they?
