Setting aside the strap which is way off (wrong buckle style, stitching does not match originals, etc.), the two biggest give-aways are the notches cut for the studs on helmet and the front edge. The notches on originals angle upwards at almost 90 degrees (+-). The front edge has what almost looks like a weird extension. The originals did not follow this pattern. It's nicely rusted but there are many recipes for achieving this look...all available on the internet.
