No.13 appears to be the strapping for a Prussian NCO Troddel. The fuzzy wool finish tells me it is not medal ribbon.

Hello Uwe,
No 5 is not the Turkish War Medal ribbon. According to the Regulation it has to be 20 mm. On the other hand what was weared generally was 30 mm ribbons when the Medal was not worn. A last point, the white stripes at the edges are too thick in proportion compared to the overall red.
