You can go to http://translation2.paralink.com paste in your German and get a pretty good translation for free. It also comes in handy when you are dealing with Germans that don't speak English. You can compose your letter and have in translated into German in an instant. A little knowledge of German helps, of course, as occasionally the translator picks out the wrong meaning of a word. The trick is to just keep your sentences very simple and type in any German military terms (like Schulterklappen) that you want to use, as this program is not good with them.

Not dollar - euro!!!! Yeah i know it´s expensive.
