Any idea who made this EKII?

I have no idea who made this one. Your opinion is much appreciated.

    Ring mark

More information is needed to answer this question. Is the ring marked? The patina and ribbon looks good but that doesn't really mean much initially. And I really do not like how the "1" touches the "9" in 1914. Looks a bit sloppy. Seek other opinions on this piece's authenticity.

Definitely an authentic early piece but naming a maker will be hard. This core type is exceedingly common.
      Best regards,

There is a faint "H" on the ring I believe. It is there, but barely.

              Does it look like this?

If this is a "H" marked piece its from "F. Hoffstätter, Gravier- und Prägeanstalt, Bonn"

The core from that photo I think its Type J (Categorized in Frank Wernitz)

              Regards

Yes! That is almost an exact match! I can't get a picture of it no matter how hard I try but that is it! Thank you!
