    EKII Godet interesting

    Hi guys,

I will write again in the imperial

The cross is very interesting because the frame is wide. The grooves are thicker than normal Godet piece. I know typical Godet but my piece is exceptional.
    Is it an early piece?

    BR Jan

PS Sorry for the bad quality of the picture.

the 1914 crosses where produced way in to the 1940's ,,
from the start of 1914 wider frames are not uncommon in the period 1914/18.
    as in the period 1918/1940

some of the godet cores even ended up in a WW2 frame..(the wide framed LDO shape as it often is called )

    regards kay

      Thank you
I just comparing early Godet WW2.
      In fact, you're right.
I think my piece was late before the product begins in WW2.

Hi jan. I don't see a Godet EK here. Is it marked "G"?

The core is generic and the EK2 is definitely not a Godet in my opinion. I think it's a nice original EK2 though

It seemed to me that the frame is similar to the following, but apparently I was wrong
