        characteristics of a 1920/1939 frame ,,,,, I would say .

        this one i would have a closer look first

            so far 1870's where available for a long time .

            I have no doubts way in to1939 ..

            available throe storage of jewelers ,, official coerces,,or even just fore the collector marked around those times .

            they even turn up in cultural, remembrance info books 1930's
            1870's made available by "jewelers" to be used for pictures in those books .( godet )
            1920/30's advertisement with the ek 1870 and 1914 remembrance medals next to each other rounding it up .

            indications so far,,,,, are strong .

            (not to mention the ek characteristics of the cross itself )
