Is the signature on the circle is the "F"?

Greetings Maciej,
The marking looks like a "square punch/quadrant" mark which is sometimes found on Carl Dillenius crosses. Though the core doesn't match the typical core for this maker.
The frame of this cross has some serious die flaws (cracking).
