Can somebody help me with this piece? Is it genuine or not? I know that the golden coat of arms is usually bad sign but still...

I'm affraid it's not original.
Few days ago I saw three original ones in a private collection, of which two had removed coat of arms from the blade (were used like that in Kingdom of Yugoslavia) but couldn't take any photo (yet).
