After looking for an award without a ribbon for 3-4 years, today I was finally able to restore this bar after finding a Honor Cross with swords on Estand. A little beat up but I like them that way. Thanks D.

Probably a young guy since there is no LS award. Just very brave and reliable. Promoted during the war.
