I'm no expert on PLMs but I would say yours is most likely a fake..

Single sided PLMs are thought to have been used for funeral pillows.
Here is a known example. Notice the difference in the detail
between this one and the one you posted.

Picked it up at a antique store for 25 bucks. I kinda wanted a repro so I figured that's a good price for one. But before I start messing around with it wanted to be 100 percent sure on the one in a million chance it was real. Thanks again for the help.
