My first thought is that the condition of the ribbon
does not match the condition of the cross.

Hard to say, my gut feeling tells me that the ribbon looks very new. Do a UV test to get more clarity. If the price is right I would have it in my collection for the nice repair job on the EK suspension alone.

Hi,

I see edge stitching on the last ribbon. Mmmm not for me. you pay extra $$$ for what? a loose ribbon, which might not belong to the cross at all. I would prefer a bar, but the first one does look new. So my advice would be to keep on searchin'

Sadly both look to be "Frankenstein's" ,the mounted one's ribbon looks to new for that cross. And the cased one 'bad ribbon' to dress up (price up) an otherwise nice cased CD800.
The mini has some interest for adding to an EK display.
