    EK2-question about manufacturer

      That's my favourite type of maker.

      It's a sub-maker of "KAG", you will find these type of crosses marked with
      -KAG and Silver Content Markings, different combinations
      -800
      -V
      -unmarked

      There is as well a EK1 version.

      The unmarked crosses of this type (casted and blackened core rather than casted and painted) are the earliest crosses of this maker in WW1 (1914-early1915), followed by V and 800 (propaply til end of 1915), while the KAG marked crosses of this type start on from 1915-maybe 1916/7.

      I have safed pretty much every pic I found of this type of maker, if you need more evidence about the stamp , feel free to ask
