It looks ok. That is a pretty common combination. Is the cross marked on the ring?

Agree with Don that it all looks sound and no real red flags, but do notice that both the jump rings look to have been cut (circled in red). There maybe a makers mark here (red arrow).

Nice bar! That combination is very common,but I love the different varieties found in the bars appearances

Agreed, common bar but all looks nice. Many would say this is a TR medal bar since the honor cross was a 1934 issued piece.
