Please an help about a WW1 german soldier

    Hello to all!
I am trying to build the story and the end of this man but, according to VB data, seems that the two Heinrich Wilke buried in France are not the same of our man. They felt in spring of 1915 and, from the death newspaper clip (stored in a cardboard pocket glued at the end of the booklet) of the man of the pass seems that he died in October but, maybe, would it be possible to understand if, for example, the funeral has been done after some months?
He wasn't younger but belonged to the 1 Ersatz Maschine Gewehr Kompanie, anyone can provide any info on this unit and where took action during the 1915?
    Thanks to all!

The death newspaper clip gives the exact day of his death: "Am 17. d.(ieses) Mts. (Monats)

verschied plötzlich in Feindesland..." And the date of the clipping is 23. Oktober 1915.

Addition: "Die Beerdigung findet am Dienstag, 29.(?) Oktober, nachmittags auf dem

                Militärfriedhof statt"

He was KIA 17. 10. 1915 and he was burried 29.(?). 1o. 1915 in Magedeburg.

Thanking Gerdan (as always for his MORE THAN PRECIOUS help) I have finally all the puzzle tassels at their right place.
Unbelieveable the GREAT help provided by the Stadtarchive of Magdeburg....it is wonderful to see people who really care about their profession and are able to help unknown people like me at 360 degrees....
Here the story of our man....

Death in the registry office Magdeburg-Altstadt is under registration no. 3096/1915 of war Death of Post Schaffner Heinrich Wilke registered.
He was corporal of the first replacement machine gun company of the General Government Brussels, when he died. He was (today Haldensleben) was born on 25/02/1874 in Hakenstedt, district Neuhaldensleben.
Heinrich Wilke died on 17 October 1915 in Brussels in the military hospital. The cause of death is indicated epilepsy. He was married to Minna born Pinkernelle.
The parents of Heinrich Wilke were Heinrich Friedrich Wilhelm Wilke, a cottager, and his wife Katharine Marie born Osther. The parents were already deceased at the time of the death of her son.
National Register documents are in Magdeburg no longer available from this period.
The Military Cemetery no longer exists. It was located west of present-day Gerhart-Hauptmann-Straße. Probably one of the soldiers buried there was reburied on the scale on the West cemetery in the summer of 1918 burial ground for the dead of the First World War. Whether the corpse of Heinrich Wilke has been reburied, It would be possible to know you later.

That's the story...this is the life and death of a soldier.....
When I receive mails like that I really feel how life is done by many little thing....
An unknown soldier died one century ago has still a little echo......
