German Imperial Navy Battle Flag

Hello,

I am ready to buy this item:

The flag is made of dual-sided printed wool, the flag is having reinforcement stitching and is complete with its original cord. The flag is sized approximately 115x200 cms. which is a nice, larger, display size. The flag is not visible marked, it shows only faded the script '120 x 200'. The flag is in mint and unissued condition with only some minimal traces of years of storage.



















Therefore, I have a doubt about this flag. Please could you confirm if this flag is an original one or not?

It looks too crisp and new to my untrained eyes for an item close to 100 years old , hopefully member oldflagswanted can stop by and give his well versed opinion.

The flag looks to be made much closer to the 100th anniversary of World War One than to the actual war itself. Save your money.

It's total junk. Save your money.

I have 4 Imperial era manufactured flags....That is, the 1903-1919 version.

Haven't seen one for sale for a long time.
