Is this a good medal bar, what is the last medal ?

the bar is good( I have no idea why the backing looks so messy,and is that a straight pin going thru the backing at the top?)
The last medal is a Prussian 15 year Long Service Medal

I am trying to focus solely on the TWM from on. So I might sell these in near future to raise money for more TWM and related items. I wanted to see if these are good because they are out of my knowledge as you know.
