pls help to indeitify the nationalites

Hello gents,

I got this pic from my hometown Sopron/Hungary, picture was taken in Sopron in 1917. We had a POW camp here so I would say this are some POW officers, I think the sitting soldiers are Russians, maybe the two other on the left are Rumanians, the others are KuK officers as far as I can reconise them, what about the one with the visor in the last row? what nationality is he?

Beside the Austro-Hungarians, it looks like there are a Czech, two Russians and two Romanians. It seems strange with all of these POWs that there are no Italians.
