Would appreciate any help at all with this one. Tried to read it but really cannot make it out. Is it for the 1870/71 Franco/Prussian War medal?

That's the basic info.

The signature is that of Oberst Graf von Hertzberg who was commanding the Nassauische

Infanterie Regiment 87 during the period from 1874 - 1880 in Mainz.

The name of the awardet Sergeant I would read Johann Glomm
