This compares favorable to a box that I have. Although mine does not have the wax seal.

looks exactly like what I'd expect it to be. Any chance the maker is ID'd anywhere on any of the flaps or sides?

It looks great, just like mine too.

Is the seal on your box printed on? I can't tell from the scan, mine is actually a separate seal which was stuck on.

Those without the seal I think are post war, those with the seal are wartime made (issued or not) or I believe so as a rule of 'thumb'.


Any of you Imperial experts know for sure or have any idea's ?
