EK1 and EK2 docs signatures

could you help me in identifying the signer ( or signers ) of this two award docs?

The first one is Freiherr Grote, which I believe is Karl Freiherr Grote.

The 2nd looks like Oster.

I would actually ask on GMIC as they have a pretty comprehensive research section and I'm sure someone has the regimetal history with the list of commanders of this regiment.

2) The signature could be "von der Osten" but I could not find him as Commander of the unit:
