German WWI Messkit

Hi Folks:

I want to share with you a German Imperial enamel messkit which is hallmarked "Silesia 16" on the lid and hallmarked "___, FULDA" on the lower section by the wire handle. This messkit is made of steel which has been enameled while German WWII messkits are aluminum.
