Good to see you safely back.

When you get time could you explain about the bar on the NATO medal, "Non-Article 5 ...". I've an example of the "Kosovo" bar but haven't seen this new one.

Paul: The Non-Article-5 NATO-Medal is awarded for missions which do not match the article 5 of the NATO regulations. Article 5 would be for example an attack against a NATO-member.
