I would like to have opinions about ths cross that looks to me a pinback Hansen. But there no examples to compare in the database.

It's a nice Koch and Bergfeld. Look through montgomery burns (kays) picture gallery, he once owend a pretty similar as well.

by the way don't look to me it's defined who is the manufacturer if unmarked, Hansen or Koch and Bergfeld. Are they hard to find ?
I ask because I ve got another one in Reichertschofen just yesterday but it's not identical, catch position is different and pin is shorter and maybe the hinge is different too.

Me neither, but at least we know Hansen made screwbacks, and K&B made pinbacks. We don't know if the opposites are also true as far as I know.

thank you very much. ok I ve thought to have an Hansen but I consider both as Koch and Bergfeld.
Just looks to me strange that a maker produced just screwback and the other just pinbacks but who knows.
