Commemorative Cross / Tannenberg

Gentlemen,

here is a commemorative cross "Treu dem Regiment" of Grenadier Regiment 4.
It bears a combat clasp as well.
Is the medal alright?
Is the clasp one that was made post WW1 or is this a model used with other, earlier medals?

The Tannenberg bar is from another postwar private purchase medal. The regimental name is the correct bar for the Regiments-Erinnerungs-Kreuz (REK). Since it is a solo bar, I would imagine the veteran added the Tannenberg bar himself. You could check to see if this regiment participated in the battle.
