German Ribbon Bar with Turkish Awards

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to make a designated thread to German ribbon bars with Turkish awards. Everyone is welcome to post their own examples here too.

The ribbon bars can be from 1914-45.

When publishing your ribbon bar, please state which German/Turkish awards are present to help each other learn.

Strange how the Turkish medal came before the Prussian... D.R.P marked on the back. Made before 1934.

Hello Alan

I am quiet sure it is the Kizilay Medal (Red Crescent) which means as you have guessed a doctor or a nurse. You can easily tell by the white ribbon with the red stripe on the center.

Here is a photo that you probably saw, a German nurse decorated with a Turkish War Medal and the Red Crescent Medal.
