Various ww1 medals and nazi long service medal

Dear Members,

Good evening !

I was just offered these medals from WW1 and there is also a Nazi long service medal in gold.

The seller is German and wants $300 for all the medals.

What do you think ?

Your comments and advice are always welcome.

I am not quite sure what they are worth .

What is the medal with the red case ,with the swords and silver ribbon and
what is that medal worth ???

The cased cross with swords is Military Merit - Bulgarian - hard to tell from the scan what class the box says it is. $300 in my mind is a fair price - bit on the higher end, but still fair for all the items.
