Is it possible to identify the makers of these two Iron Crosses under the Turkish Medals?

I agree! Is the top left star marked with the Meybauer logo on top? I also see a square punch on the bottom?

I looked again and it is actually a rivet not a square punch. Somehow it looks like a square because of the light in the first photo.
