Saxe-Meiningen: Honor Cross for Merit in War, Opinions Requested

Hello,

This came in the other day, a Saxe-Meiningen: Honor Cross for Merit in War.

I'd like to hear opinions on it. I see 2-Flaws on it: Obverse left arm lower portion of the arm has an incomplete border on the arm of the cross. Reverse oak leaf border/inner edge at 4-5 o'clock area does not have a strong border presence as it does around the other 3-sections of inner cut-out border trim. What do you think? Manufacturer flaw, or a fake?

I have seen similar flaws on other examples of this and the medal version. It certainly looks good to me.
