    Medal Bar???

    This is something out of my collecting interests that I recently picked up in a lot from the Vets family so I have a couple of questions. In the last photo is the ribbon portion of the medal bar only and when I started looking through the box of items I noticed the two medals. These appear correct for the ribbon? But what I have never found before is the framed blue ribbon at the top? Seems like I remember seeing something like it before but I don't remember what it is. I would appreciate any help. Thank you!

          The blue ribbon is a long service award, pre-1913. The Hindy does not belong on the bar. The 1870-71 medal needs moved to the other ribbon. I believe the bar is missing an 1866 commemorative.

              Its an easy one to find as there are three different ones to choose from. Still its a nice representative bar.
