    Mystery ribbon - something Weimar?

While this ribbon bar doesn't really inspire much (if any) confidence, I am curious about the ribbon that's fourth from the left. I'm assuming something Weimar, but I've never seen it before. Anybody recognize it?

My guess would be a regimental commemorative cross ribbon for a marine regiment.

Makes sense... Wish there was a context to put it in.

      Thanks,

        An abomination....

... of a bar. WW1 awards, WW2 awards. No Honor Cross. 8mm. lapel bow ribbons stuck here and there to take up space??
No value even as a parts bar, IMO.

ribbon in question is an unofficial Weimar era navy award.

German Navy Association; Medal for Bravery in WW1.

Otherwise, stay away from this bar; just a piece of self-constructed rubbish.

          Best regards

          Daniel

Don't worry about that. I wasn't even considering purchase of this bar, but the ribbon that registered as something potentially Weimar piqued my interest.

            Thanks,
            Chris

              Chris,

You can see a picture of this ribbon on page 107 of Detlev's old catalog.

Gotta get a copy of his catalog (any of them) first.

                Thanks,
