Sorry Will, but I don't like it.

The pieces don't belong together; I believe this is what we call a "Frankenstein" cross. The core (generic) and the frame (Godet) are both period, but the rest is not. 1914 EKs can be quite tricky and there are good fakes out there; best to post everything before purchase so you can get a feel for what's what.

Maybe someone else disagrees with me about this piece, but if I were you I would try for a refund.

Thats a shame, thanks for the info. At least its from somewhere that will refund. I went for it based on photos provided. Lesson learned.

There is also no wear or discoloration where the disc
sets on the back of the cross. Like they have not been
together very long.
