Strange cross for review

I've been offered this cross in a strange box so I'd like if anyone can pint me what it is.
I see that 3R stamp is added inside the WW1 EK1 box (is the box real?).

Its a 25 year long service cross for the Austro-Hungarian Army. Very Nice!

Here it is on the proper ribbon, post Anschluss medal brace.

Its a Militärdienstzeichen für Offiziere f. 25 Jahre Dienstzeit of the interesting variation with large eagle.

The case means nothing, with an inner stamp of a children's schoolmaster from 3rd Reich, cut from a document.

The average price, could be found searching through auction results, like those of Dorotheum, Rauch, Künker, etc.
