Another nice portrait which I got today on a cold and wet fleamarket near Augsburg.
I know, this would be hard to identify, the ribbon-bar is to blurred to say anything, but we got the date (1943), his rank ( army official in the rank of a major ), his signature and the place where the photo was taken, Königsberg in Prussia, so I thought to give it a try.
