Gents,
Well I have finally gotten a Pokal for my Imperial aviation collection. But it did not come easy. The pokal is to a Bavarian, which is rare enough. The picker that found it had the whole grouping - photo album, badges, uniform - you name it. But he parceled it all out to various buyers so I do not know who the pilot was, only where in Bavaria he was from based on the photo album, which I did not get.
Next the pokal was seized by FEDEX for a customs inspection. That took a while.
Then yesterday I get the e-mail from FEDEX - package delivered. YAY! My wife was home and signed for it, put the package inside and headed to work. An hour later the call comes - the house has been broken into. I sweated.
The thieves broke the kitchen window and sent one through to open the door for the rest. They were in and out in 5 minutes - they knew how long an alarm system would take the police to come. They passed the package and went to the bedroom for jewelry. They found a DKiS and a DKiG and tossed them in the sock drawer.
They passed by my professional camera equipment worth a few bucks 
and they took an ipod. They passed the laptops and stole an xbox. All in all I was very fortunate.
So this is a piece in my collection I will NEVER forget how I got it.
Now I just hope they go online with the iPod so we can GPS track them
