    I need your help in identification of shoulder board.

    Interesting imperial board. This is the rank of a Fuhrer einer Sanitatskolonne (leader of a medical column) for the Freiwillige Krankenpflege. What has me perplexed is the black, red and silver flecking on the outside cording and the rank stripe across the bottom. I know there were service awards specific to several of the states for this organization, but I don't know whether this is considered a "reichs" organization and therefore this flecking would be standard everywhere or whether this was a unit assigned specifically to the navy....
